Haisco Licenses Drug Candidates to Nuvectis

Haisco Pharmaceutical Group has entered into an exclusive licensing agreement with US-based biotechnology company Nuvectis for two internally developed clinical-stage drug candidates across selected global markets.

  • Drug Candidates: HSK42360 is a BRAF inhibitor currently in a Phase I clinical trial in China for primary brain tumours and brain metastases. HSK39297 is a complement factor B (CFB) inhibitor with two New Drug Applications submitted in China for paroxysmal nocturnal haemoglobinuria (PNH).
  • Territory Rights: Nuvectis has exclusive rights to develop, manufacture and commercialise HSK42360 worldwide excluding Greater China, and HSK39297 worldwide excluding Greater China, India and certain Southeast Asian territories.
  • Agreement: The licensing agreement supports the international development of both drug candidates through Nuvectis in markets outside Haisco’s retained territories.
