HUYABIO International has announced positive topline results from its global Phase 3 clinical trial evaluating HBI-8000 in combination with nivolumab as a first-line treatment for patients with advanced melanoma.

• Efficacy Results: The study met its primary endpoint, with the combination therapy achieving a median progression-free survival of 11.7 months compared with 7.4 months for nivolumab plus placebo. 
• Study Design: The randomised global Phase 3 trial enrolled 404 patients across 15 countries, making it HUYABIO’s largest oncology study to date.
• Regulatory Status: HBI-8000 is an oral therapy approved for the treatment of lymphoma in China and Japan, where it has been prescribed to more than 90,000 patients.
